ABOUT ME

My passion for fitness began when I was 18. As a kid, I strived to excel in any sport that challenged me. When I first stepped into the gym, I knew I found something that could push me even further. That’s when my fitness journey truly began.

 

From the start, I dedicated myself fully—not just to working out, but to mastering nutrition and building discipline. After three years of relentless effort, I reached the best shape of my life. But in 2019, everything changed.

 

I suffered an unexpected setback when I had an appendix rupture that left me fighting for my health. After the surgery and intense treatments, I lost over 20 kg of muscle. It felt like all my progress was undone. But I refused to let that define me. I took control of my recovery and made a promise to myself to come back stronger than ever.

 

Refusing to give up, I rebuilt myself, eventually stepping on stage for my first competition. That experience taught me that no matter the obstacle—injury, lack of motivation, or setbacks—you can overcome anything with the right mindset and effort.

 

Now, I’m here to help others achieve their best. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Real results come from hard work, discipline, and a personalized approach. I’m committed to guiding you on your journey to achieve the best version of yourself, both physically and mentally.
